"OMUSUBI" is a product of thorough attention to detail
The rice used is "Aozora no Hekireki" from Yamada Farm in Aomori Prefecture, which has a refined sweetness and moist grain texture.It is cooked in a kamado using a unique method that is tailored to OMUSUBI.The Ariake blended seaweed, which remains crisp even after a while, is also a great attraction.
